Lisa Maxwell
Founder
As one of the top 100 most influential people in the staffing industry, the name Lisa Maxwell is synonymous with global executive search.
As founder of L.Maxwell, Lisa is a 20-year veteran of the human capital industry with an unparalleled track record for placing CEOs, C-level executives and board members for professional services and workforce solutions firms around the world. Her firm manages key leadership assignments that range from emerging growth enterprises to global leaders in staffing, human resources technology, and outsourcing. She is the strategic pillar and advisor to private equity firms with investments in human capital. Before founding L. Maxwell in 2005, Lisa served as a senior partner with Lucas Group, where she launched and built their human capital practice. She graduated from Purdue University with a BA in International Business and Spanish.
Kevin LeCompte
CEO
Kevin LeCompte brings deep expertise in consulting, outsourcing, private equity and talent solutions.
As a former CEO of one of the largest PE-backed staffing and professional services firms in the US, he has decades of experience in human capital. His track record of leading a portfolio company to successful exit and providing strategic oversight at the board level gives him an insider's view of the complexities of PE and portfolio company alignment. Throughout his career, Kevin has attracted, hired, and placed C-suite and strategic executives, bolstering an expansive network. As CEO of L.Maxwell, Kevin leads the firm's expanded service offerings, supporting our clients’ quest for value creation, strategic alignment, and post-placement consulting.
Kevin is a distinguished veteran and commissioned officer of the Army National Guard and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana.

Alisson Ruhala

Alisson is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Research at L.Maxwell Global since 2010. She brings to the table over 15 years of technology support experience, with specialization in information management, database management and research. Alisson holds a Bachelor of Arts in clinical psychology from Rollins College, and her experience is further complimented by her proficiency in various database, inventory control, and office software products.
In her work, she has excelled in numerous projects, including the successful inventory audit for the Fulton County Schools system where she scored 100% for over 22,000 industry audits and the migration of L.Maxwell company data from Bullhorn legacy database to Salesforce. In her current role, Alisson handles a wide range of responsibilities including drafting client proposals, position specifications, conducting reference check interviews and background checks, managing service contract renewals and serving as relationship manager for all services ranging from recruitment tools to CRM database services.
Valeria Kravchouk

Valeria is a highly skilled Managing Director who brings 10 years of experience in Finance roles within manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce industries, and is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics. Valeria’s areas of expertise include leadership, project management, problem-solving, human capital management and analytics. Valeria applies her comprehensive industry knowledge to provide strategic solutions for clients, guiding them through the executive search process.
